I'd wear a full face mask if it's full auto and teens are around.

I'd wear a full face mask always, personally. The most respectable airsoft player using a gun on semi-auto can still shoot your teeth out. Just takes a lucky (or unlucky) shot.

Has anyone else here had the JG Sig-552? Overall I think it's pretty decent, but I'm a bit worried on the stock. Anyone else here able to tell me if it will likely break?

So, my local CQB arena opened today, and I'm a little saddened to find that they use the "Bang-kill" rule at close range(about two feet) away. Wouldn't you guys just rather be shot than to have someone say bang? Edit: Velocity is a 350 FPS maximum/Full Face protection is required. Edit: Okay I guess not, I'd still vow for a melee kill option instead. And yes, I am a little dumb. :V

no. I've been shot point blank with 400fps guns. not fun. the tip of my finger had a blood boil for a few weeks and my thumbnail was black for atleast a month. I much rather have a bang out rule

Noope, High Ground Airsoft in Beaumont, Texas. I see the light in it now, but I'd much rather rubber knife.

Do they allow full-auto at that field?

Semi-auto only, 350 FPS limit, .20 G bbs only, Full Face protection required.

I'm fine with no MED, as long as barrel isn't touching skin then its cool with me. However, I still feel that if you want to do a CQB arena limits need to be 330fps with a .2g bb, which is 1 joule of energy. Those rules work fine at my field, and I fail to see why they wouldn't work elsewhere. Maybe its because I'm used to it, but when I went to Blacksheep at Pine Plains for the past two years, there was a 400fps limit with .25gs, and no MED, and I never had any problems either.

i like when im fifteen feet away from someone, in a firefight shooting through dense foliage, when they just yell bang in the middle of it. i stood there for a second, walked up to him, and shot him in the goggles. like NIGGA DO YOU KNOW HOW THE BANG RULE WORKS

I've been thinking, and I think I'm gonna sell all my stuff, because I simply don't have time to go to games. I'll sell everything except Bertil, the extra mags and a charger, because I can hang it on the wall to show off, and use it as a backyard plinker. I haven't been to a game in over a year, soo... IFAP bros get discount on stuff, I'll post a full list when I get home to Stockholm.

And as I said, I'll save my Bertil and the extra mags for it, bbs and charger so if I'd ever have the time I still have a gun to use.

Played my first airsoft game ever with rentals, and holy shit it was great (fucking exhausted though, gonna be mega sore tomorrow). Definitely need my own goggles at the least, the rental ones were really uncomfortable after 10-20 minutes

I ordered my first lot of airsoft gear today! UTG Multi-Shot, 6 extra shells, goggles and lower face mesh. When I get paid I'll be picking up moar.

First day I went without my mouth mesh on I got shot in the lip in the woods, I got sort of lucky because he was further away so it didn't leave any marks, and it could have been worse if I had my mouth open. When you're running around playing and a BB hits your mesh, you'll be thankful you wore it.

I'll def. look into buying a mouth mesh then I guess, I was using the field's full-face paintball masks so I was alright: [img]http://www.paintball-online.com/sites/paintball/images/fullsize/GGJRAPS.jpg[/img] Lotta the goggles they had didn't fit over my monstrous glasses so I had to deal with this foggy thing.

Finally found an alright field in hawaii, Kapolei airsoft. Lots of kids but also alot of more mature players had a fantastic time last week, going when my next airsoft order comes in TerrorShield you need to get down their.
