[QUOTE=Wulfram;40091457]I think im going to sell my T77 and AEP MP7 then put that money towards a TM mp7. I never really use either gun because the T77 had been out of commission for a long time and I have no where to use the mp7, all I play is field.[/QUOTE]
Would highly consider buying the MP7 if the price is right.
give me a minute to round up all the magazines I have for it then give me an offer. I wont be including any of the attachments because they'll all be going on my new MP7, but you'll get the battery conversion kit, which is nice.
[editline]30th March 2013[/editline]
ok I have 5 short low caps, 4 long midcaps, and 6 long high caps

I won't really be able to make an offer since I'm still saving up for my SR-3 and can't afford to swoon for this. However, when you do make your listing, there's a strong chance I'll jump on it if it seems doable.
Also, is the PEQ battery box and battery going to your new MP7 as well? Those would probably be the only other things I'd want for it, so it would be nice to be able to one-stop shop it.
The battery I got for it was dead on arrival and I havent bothered to buy a new one, but yea I could throw the PEQ I have in if you want. its not too pretty, and I had to glue a piece on so it wouldnt fall off, so I hope you dont mind. Also, I was thinking about $130, because of the number of mags I have, and the battery converter, which was about $35 anyway.

Well that's a pretty fantastic deal, and will probably end up happening, just give me a day or two to be absolutely sure. Funny how I sold you my MP7 mags so I could avoid the temptation of making another MP7, and now here I am again.
Also, mind providing a picture/link of your box? Not worried about the damage, so long as I can still insert and remove the battery and fit it to the gun.
I assume the best battery choices are going to be a 7.4v lipo or 8.4v nimh?
I completely forgot that it has no fuse
[QUOTE=Wulfram;40091851]I completely forgot that it has no fuse[/QUOTE]
Well when you've got time, just throw some pictures/descriptions of what's good and what's not. So far none of this concerns me at all, but it'll be good to know.
The only issues with it (as of right now) are the fuse and the midcaps dont feed very well, but the highcaps are fine. heres a picture of the PEQ and battery I have.

Alrighty, I'll probably ask for your battery anyways, on the offchance my charger can fix it, and at the least I'll be able to measure what fits in the PEQ box.
Also, do you remember the amperage for the original fuse, and do you know if its a cylinder or blade type?
This is the one that I had in there, which came with the battery adapter.

[editline]30th March 2013[/editline]
I also just found 2 more midcaps
[editline]30th March 2013[/editline]
also, for anyone interested, Im going to sell the t77 with 4 mags for $200. I'll do a proper write up in the bst thread tomorrow.
Okay cool, does the fuse have some numbers on the metal caps? Those numbers should indicate the amperage at which the fuse will blow. Its by no means critical, since fuses are pretty simple to work with, but I figure I'll just badger you with questions while I have nothing else to do.
I'll probably ask you to include the fuse too, just so I can bring it when I buy another.
Regardless I'm pretty much sold on getting it, but hopefully I can make some big dollars this weekend to justify spending anything.
says 15A so I'm assuming 15 amps.

okay go wild, should be fairly self explanitory, i've got the master draft on my pc and i'll put it up in a few days once i've got it all remotely organised and legible.
feel free to make new documents or submit a shitty pastebin to me for any parts you want to do, anything you feel needs to be said or any related poetry.
[editline]30th March 2013[/editline]
anything marked with an X i've already written up on and is completed
[editline]30th March 2013[/editline]
you'll all be anonymous so i trust you not to fuck it all up or just stomp over everyone elses work, feel free to sign it when you make a change or an addition
[editline]30th March 2013[/editline]
eitherway we're off to a good start
[editline]30th March 2013[/editline]
must be off to bed now but i'll be all over it once i get back from work tommorow[/QUOTE]
We could add a section with information on where to get gear for specific loadouts people want, like if someone wants to go Rossia have the soviet propaganda links and whatnot below, and the same setup for other countries and time periods.
[editline].[/editline]
I made a document or it but I ned hlap

Going to spend a good while adding information but there's a lot of BS shit like "lol faget" and "youre a scrub" that I'm just going through and deleting so we can actually help people with this.
[editline]30th March 2013[/editline]
Would anyone be opposed to splitting the gun guide into two separate categories for AEG and GBB?
Erm, could do. I mean with the gunbrands people have been pointing out what series/lines are good, so you could just throw it in there if a company makes good GBBs and what not.
If you're talking about a proper full on guide for the internal working and usage of a GBB, then by all means yeah. I'm halfway through doing the AEG one so we can throw them next to eachother. A guide on using/maintaining a pistol as well would be pretty rad.
I'm currently in need of someone to write up a paragraph on two for the following in the battery section. I know jackshit about all that.
- info about lipos
- summary about rewiring
- info on mosfets
- info about connector types
[editline]30th March 2013[/editline]
we're making excellent headway on the retailers and gunbrand section and looks like a few people have really gotten dug in to the internals of airsoft gun part so we're good to go.
[editline]30th March 2013[/editline]
there's also already a russian loadout thread, if we're gonna be making suggestion on how to make a preset loadout, can we pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease add more than just rossia and vietnam shizzle. some modern day US and UK stuff'd really flesh it out.
yeah, Ycheez and I are revamping and cleaning up the internals section to make it spick and span
since you're doing a better job at me visa vi upgrades you two might want to go ahead and just do a section on common upgrades/mods to do to your gun, inner barrel, hop up etc. and so on. if you do mention wiring or mosfets go into further detail in the battery section.
I'm sure between rabies and I we could put together a fairly extensive gbb section. I'll make a point of trying to get off my ass and do that
ive been conferring and it'll be better off if we put the guide to replicating airsoft loadouts and the guide to airsoft guns and how they work in their own threads
that way we'll have 3 comprehensive threads on every aspect of airsoft, the guns, the gear, and a huge ass holy bible of related information.
not to mention you /people/ keep on spamming up the shit with "lel rushia" "thdis compeny onl make shite gun get a tm ok"
who you calling [I]you people[/I]
if there's anything you want to do or submit then by all means make a document and get cracking
if anyone starts fucking with it i'll just revoke public access.
in other words
here's my battle corner

I wish to put this in the LBE section.
[quote]
Load Bearing Equipment:
Load bearing can be split up into many catagories, but the main ones that we will focus on are harnesses and vests.
Harnesses are a belt-based LBE paired with a pair of suspenders. Such examples are ALICE and M1956.
These are usually inexpensive, but a disadvantage is that weight distribution could be awkward at times, and adding modern accessories like MOLLE could be difficult.
Vests are what they are, but could also include chest rigs and plate carriers. They may or may not include a belt. Such examples are E-LBV, LBV-88, Chinese Chest Rig, CIRAS plate carrier, and much more.
Non-MOLLE vests are built around the weapon it is designed for. The Chinese Chest Rig, for example,
is centered around AK-type platforms. The LBV88/ELBV/H-Harness is built around the M16 platform, but could also accommodate a belt. Non-MOLLE vests are usually inexpensive.
MOLLE chest rigs, vests, and plate carriers can accommodate many types of pouches, accessories, and setups according to the user. The same MOLLE vest can be used for an AK, a G36, a MP5, and a M4 carbine, all with the pouches being swapped out. A MOLLE vest can also accommodate pouchs for maps, candy, food, etc.[/quote]
I'll try and merge it into my section on it, thanks for the contrib.

meet humphrey the pumpkin
I have a suggestion for the 'making an accurate lodeotu' document
i recommend covering all the popular 'basic' loadouts first before we start adding less well known kits like the naval infantry kits I saw (and even then it's relatively complex because some armies' loadouts vary year by year)
Few suggestions for rossia kits
-motor rifles afghan, chechen wars, modern (poor man's VDV hurr)
-vdv afghan, chechen wars, modern
-KGB afghan, FSB chechen wars, FSB modern (whatever fits the by-the-book appearance the most, since these faggits wear whatever the fuck they please)
-MVD recent-modern (same as above)
suggestions for USA kits
-modern Army, 80s/90s Army
-modern USMC, 80s/90s USMC
-'basic' Sealskit (whatever you interpret this to be) to appease the tacticool wanabes
-'nam seals, 'nam green beret
-BHD kits
-Generation Kill kits
other:
-modern BOONDESWEHR
-modern BRIT ARMIE
-maybe DUBYA DUBYA TOO
what about
KSK and JGSDF and ROC lodetus :C
[QUOTE=Northy66;40090969]
avoid like the plague
[url]http://www.airsoftpost.com[/url][/QUOTE]
airsoftpost is the old evike website that doesnt exist anymore
JGSDF loadouts are really expensive and not many people want them because Japan doesn't do anything with it, or rather they can't so it's a novelty things. Also you can't order 85% of the stuff without a translator and middleman.
