No. OP you're crazy.
I'm sorry? It's going to be psychological, of course he's just seeing things.
We actually don't know.....it could be anything, thats why I agree with you for him to seek psychological. If its not, this shadow will continue to appear even after we get an explanation that could possibly work.
niggaz be trippin'.
I usually see these at night when i'm in bed. Then I realize that my guitar case is there.
Rated rainbow, because clearly you are up there, up in the skies. :unsmith:
I honestly need to stop reading these 'creepy' threads in the small hours of the morning with dramatic war music playing from a minimised game.
OP has Schizophrenia.
Thanks, I kind of wanted to sleep tonight.
Yay for mental trauma!
Quit taking Datura.
When I was 7 or so, I remember seeing a shadow cat in my parents' room.
Damn, it must be cool to have experiences like that since they seem positive. Usually paranormal experiences are negative. Not saying its real, but it would definitely be awesome to have a shadow spirit watching over you.
Welcome to Bright Falls. Here is your free flashlight:
I remember a shadow-like figure follow me whenever I'm out at night, I always heard it whisper "I'll defend you." over and over. Once I stopped walking and it walked up to me, standing right behind me. I turned around and it was down the street, just smiling. :ohdear:
When I have incidents like these I cannot decide whether they're factual or apparitions of my psychological design. I mean, I used to have slightly similar incidents when I was younger to the point that I convinced myself I could see ghosts or some shit (one of my most memorable 'beings' is a hulking an with scorpion tails on his back standing at the end of the hallway from my parents room). When I began to think I could see things, things got stranger, where even my brother claimed to have seen what I had seen (two short shadowy figures dash down the hall into my parent's room). Then when I was slightly older a kid I knew in class said he was seeing similar things as I had described (which I now think could be some form of collective imagination that occurred for whatever reason). Now into my teen years, the apparitions return in the form of night terrors or whatever. Not the exact same, mind you, but much more frightening; emitting a negative air that sends me into terror. I have always had vivid and grisly imagination creating beasts and monsters just for fun; surpressing what I cannot draw in my head. I would think surpressed ones find their way into my subconscious mind and release themselves (so to speak). As I've grown wiser and more skeptical of the paranormal and the supernatural it has been an increasingly rare occurrance for me. I continue to wonder what they mean, what one was trying to say (one of the apparitions who scares the piss out of me even now lay in bed with me and spoke to me in a seemingly gibberish language, I believe I have gone into detail about this particular event in another thread so I will refrain from doing so now), what triggers them, and most importantly are they real or my imagination? I kind of blended semi-related incidents into this topic but whatever.
Interesting story
I had something like this, except I always had abnormal dreams, if they arn't just down right strange they tend to make me wonder if they were real or not for a short bit. Doesn't help that dreams very close to reality were even worse when I was younger, to the point to where I can't even tell if they were real or not for moment... Then again that's probably some form of insanity, not that it's bad anyways
there's a lot of crazy people on facepunch huh?
Damn, must be pretty hard to fap with shadow man sitting down and smiling at you.
wait so you see shadows that smile? your fucked up man...
But was he boobies?
no no, that was dan!
Remember to take your acid in smaller doses in the future.
Damn, i remember seeing shadow people in okinawa, it was probably dead soldiers. They would hide in the bushes when im alone, like eyes peering out. I also remember walking off base, then shadow people appeared behind me. I ran to my house on base and then right near the spot that i was at, there was a shooting like they were trying to save my life
my life sucks then i have never had a paranomal experience, had sleep paralysis, seen a ufo
Fuck you OP, for putting these fucking creepy thoughts in my head before I go to sleep
I remember trying to punch something like that when I was a kid. The shadow never appeared again. Punch your way to sanity, Facepunchers!
Once I opened the door thinking someone was there, and stepped out the way to let them in and realised no one was there and I thought it was my grandad and it was sadded :saddowns:
Photo Evidence... That's just really shitty lighting and bad cameras.
Holy shit! That "hat man" looks exactly as i saw him in my nightmares when i was younger!
Relax, it's just swamp gas
