I was like 8 and I went camping out in some big ass corn field with a few friends. We were in the field fucking around and we saw one of these shadow things and it just booked it and we chased it but it was fast as fuck. I think it was just the candy and soda fucking with us.

Thank you guys. I don't feel as insane now. Back on the first night of second grade I saw a "shadow figure". He had a crooked nose and was about 6 feet tall. I woke up, saw him and thought I was dreaming so I said "I'm not afraid of you" in a second grader voice. His hand touched my back. It was big (I was a second grader so it seemed that way) and I screamed as he went back in the corner. I hid under my covers, looked back up. He was gone. Then my parents came. I still remember the sound of the rain and the feel of the hand.

Y'know, I have that problem too. With like slender man, the seedeater, and just generally weird shit. Actually, just the other day I was looking at a lady standing next to a car (it was quite a distance away, so I couldn't exactly see details) I looked away for less than a second as we got closer, and she was gone.
