Well, shit, never mind, I should have read the thread. Mate, you're still going to tell us more, how was she touched, how did she say no, how did he continue to force her?
You leave her alone and let her deal with it. Trust me, it would be impossible to do much of anything.
Maybe not for you, but I find it hard to just betray her trust like that.
Don't ask Facepunch users for legal/relationship advice if you aren't going to take it. Better yet, don't ask Facepunch users for advice.
You should also get raped and then you'd know what she felt like and would therefor be better prepared to console her on her rape.
Maybe not for you, but I find it hard to just betray her trust like that.
If my friend was raped by someone I'd tell the police no matter what. I wouldn't care if she liked him at all, if it was rape and she didn't want to be forced into sex I'd call the cops immediately. Some things just override promises. If you're her real friend you'll turn him in.
Maybe not for you, but I find it hard to just betray her trust like that.
This is so fucking much harder because he didn't actually have sex with her, I don't know what would happen to him but in the end it would be best to report. It would show you really care about her, going against her trust for her safety, if she hates you for it then whatever, she's just emotionally distressed, there will be other women.
If she was really in distress because of him, then do not wait, and report him. I'm sure you don't want the person you like being kidnapped/killed/raped again? Hopefully she will forgive you, but meanwhile you can know in your heart that what you did was right, and you probably saved her from horrible torment.
What Grasp said. You better report this or it could get a lot worse.
