mana bar? You mean the bar that shows nukes etc? Can't refill that one, once a nuke is fired or an airplane has been destroyed it is gone forever.

You do realize you could only ever fire icbm's.
Porting all your soldiers using spacecraft would be hella expensive. Course you could always just deploy a bunch of satellites with giant iron rods attached to them, and hello Metal spikes from space strike!
Throw really long rods and let gravity do the work.
