it's a weekend. and i don't start work 'til next monday...

well as long as autumn doesn't have work tomorrow I think she'll be right abuse stimulants!

I always find I'm more tired when I'm inactive. I manage fine on 5/6 hours a night or less when I'm away with cadets and that is bloody really active.

i think i need to find my old chemistry teacher... i'm sure i heard he got lung cancer or something? Also 2 hours a week of exercise involving your legs keeps your weight balanced. To lose weight add an extra 30 minutes to an hour to that routine. Jogging simply 30 minutes a day is simple and great.

i'm not allowed to jog but i do a lot of walking, most days i'll go down the high street and back, probably takes me 45 minutes all in all and i have an exercise bike that i use!

Fast walking will work just fine and a bicycle is actually considered better since there is less impact on a woman's bones than running. You could also try swimming as that burns fat and you get more bang for your buck since there is a lot more resistance you have to push through in water than in air.

i do enjoy swimming! regrettably i don't have the time (or money, london is so damn expensive) to swim until i go back up north in august/september, but i plan to rejoin my gym when i do! anyway, enough of Autumn's Health & Sleep Regime!

Some colleges will have pools and will open them to the public on certain days for extremely cheap. I dont know what the pound conversion for the range of 5$-1$ is, but that is how much a day of swimming costs around here.

Since I started working out/caring about my appearance, I've also been able to appreciate when a guy looks good. I think that's pretty normal, doesn't mean I'm attracted to them.

I'm a strong hispanic woman who only needs my computer weh No really though, not interested in dating atm. Can't find anyone who suits my fancy. Waiting a bit until I can attract the more mature crowd. I'm at that awkward age of not quite a teenager but not quite an adult so dating wouldn't really do me much good at the moment.

there are plenty of mature people around it's just a matter of finding them

On a more serious note, all of this is reminding me when I tried to date a girl and when I went over to her house, her dad gave me one of those god damn interview sheets he wanted me to fill out to have permission to date her. wtf. Now that I am older I kind want one of those modified to be a date interview just to hand to random women for shits and giggles.
