Try dexanphetamines before the race. Honestly, i took some once [about 3], and half an hour later, i went to the deli.
Flat out sprinted there and back, didn't even break a sweat. Even better, theyr'e a prescription drug [still have to buy through dealers, but they aren't cut with anything].

IM master at running the 200 meter :clint:. Its very easy if your in shape but you said your not, so listen to me:
Stretch your legs out very good before running.
DO NOT DRINK ANYTHING EXCEPT A LITTLE WATER-of you will fucking fall over
And run as fast as you can,why not aim for 1st? Its gonna give you motivation.
Listen to a song you like with a fast paced/steady beat and keep that song in your head, I always listen to music when running and I do the above if I can't take my mp3 player.

2000 meters is barely over a mile, I hope to god you can easily run that, stop trying to brag, because bragging about running 2000 meters is simply retarded, it's not far at all. And drinking an energy drink before you run is one of the dumbest things you can do, you make think it will help but you will puke if you even finish the race.

In the end I didn't actually run in the race, a reshuffle in the morning put me in the clear. However there are a few points I want to clear up the fact that I [B]sprinted[/B] 200m and had to turn 180 degrees four times, so it probably wasn't an acurate measure of my stamina.
anyways, I'm hoping to do some excercise over the summer and hopefully improfe my overall fitness! :cheers:
