I can only imagine the show gets cancelled, last episodes get suspended because he is looking for his hat, losing his mind and screaming "Where's my bloody hat!?", starts throwing props around, swearing, then goes into a nervous breakdown.

He'd probably get replaced by his brother while he's in "college".
