Still learning how to use this tablet... But what the hell.
Here is an outline of something im working on. Nothing special, just something i doodled in class

This is FAR from done, trust me
(love ya 3v3)
I had been working on this fail picture of my first shadowing attempt on GIMP, basically not ms paint so I thought I would put it here.

Yes I know it sucks, but it was my first time with shadowing.
I'm really scared and very much so crying right now. I was working on my lip sync for my final and I saved, worked on it for ten minutes, then it crashed. Now, the time remapped keyframes are all reset. What the fuck do I do?
make a back up save every minute
10 / Crash frequency, that is what I usually do :p
I did save. The keyframes are stuck on one time position. There are ZERO solutions on the web.
Made another one of my fail attempts at shadowing and light,
I call it the LOL infact, there is a japanese letter on it that spells out LOL but hard to see through all the light and lens flares

It might have been a lil' sloppy, but cause i didnt want to make a huuuuge shadow out of a 0.84 brush size
I'm gonna just ignore you because seeing it's as your avatar you on some serious trollan.
what is that supposed to be?
what is that supposed to be?
Large JRPG sword, its a stereotypcial sword, not to be taken seriously.
um
Fiver says he's trolling and rusty has now a 100% accurate subtext.

It's much better than the last one I saw.
Ehhh, legs are far too short, they should be atleast half of rest of the body, or in this case from crotch to upper lip/mid mouth vould suffice.
I advice against stylistic drawings for learning purpose because every stylisation ever is based on realistic anatomy and proportions, so you should get the hang of those first. So after this one pick up pen and sketchbook, look up some tutorials or go to site drawspace.com. You should focus on learning how everything breaks down into shapes, skeletons and how and when to use your pencils for what.
Want anything ask nicely over PM and I can arrange a tutorial for you.
You got some potential in you, I can see it by some of the pixels and having seeing fair share of drawings during my time.
I've decided I'm gonna let my thread die, I'll continue in here.
played with the boobs again
and started sketching in a new arm.

Last arm was better cause it had dem bitchin-but-not-too-accurate-foreshortening effects.
So I had to restart my animation and finished in one hour because I knew what I was doing from doing it for hours earlier. Should I post it? It's really shit because I basically hate animation.
I was working on a present for one of my friends
CC please :buddy:

Thanks man, would love any tutorials you could send my way, also it would probably help to show you the original... damn if i could get it even closer to the original i would be happy, that's one thing that always killed me about drawing, that redrawing it never turned out the same, but with computer and a tablet... well "Tracing" may be a viable option...
Working on getting batteries for my camera(picture taken with shit webcam), scanner is currently 6 feet under :(

People keep saying that! i have never seen that movie, and that is the first i have ever seen of the cover.
Wow, now i see what they meant
3v3, if you want to send me some tutorials too or share them right here in the thread feel free to do so.

The black has too much contrast, and the black blob in the middle takes too much attention away.
The background is also too sharp, which doesn't blend in with the character.
not going to send you any shit unless you ask for something specific.
Ah then perfect request,

im stuck on shading.... not liking how its going either
And i am going to go back to finalize the outline but that is for a later time
it's cause the shading you going for is too realistic
go for something simpler. look up references for gods sake you can't figure it out on your own

How's that for being elitist, baldy?
3v3ry, I could use a hand man. I'm bitchin at drawing robots and creatures, but I can't draw an average human male for shit. Could you point me toward the appropriate tutorial? Cheers.

http://odduckoasis.deviantart.com/art/Anatomy-Tutorial-27484310?q=boost%3Apopular+anatomy+tutorial&qo=2
and alot of reference images and practise.
Try at something, look up the points you bad at and try again.
Thanks. :buddy:
