Oh shit, the water moves. Looks really nice overall, only think I see strange is how calm the water is, usually when you look out into the ocean there are tons of little choppy waves that break up the reflection of the sun. I can speed it up but that's about it. Any faster and it doesn't really suit the distance that its at. I'll have a go at it though.

I don't mean it should be faster, just that the water should be a bit choppier in some areas. But actually forget I said that, it's such a small thing you shouldn't worry about it, plus it probably wouldn't go good with the style.

Some people use newsprint but I hate it. It looks too smooth and the papers pockets aren't deep enough.

I just draw a quick sketch of how I want to hair to be using long, single strokes and clean it up where it needs to be cleaned up. I don't really have a technique or method, I just do it.
