1 - too blurry.

2 - oversharpened.

3 - Still a bit over-sharpened, but best of the three.

Compare the sharpness to the original #3 looks good, compare the sharpness to the blurry #1 and you see it's too much.

If you aren't, try using the Adobe Camera RAW converter to remove the noise. If you got Photoshop CS5 that is.

Bad.
You're focusing too much on scribbly shit and use tiny ass brushes rather tahn focusing on stuff like balance, anatomy, proportions and the picture as a whole. Details are the last step.
