You should make it in 3d, would probably sell in Second Life.

Gotta make some cat characters.
Forget it, I'm going to learn how to animate in flash.

Testing out new brushes (not anatomy)

I mostly realize when people aren't trying to follow common anatomy, as my art style is cartoon-ish... but yeah nice job.
We must go deeper

I couldn't really get any further with PaintTool SAI, it just wasn't working for me. I'll finish it when I get around to installing Photoshop 7.
C&C is welcome.
Really nice so far, though the eye could use a bit of defining and the lower cheek and hair needs a little more shading.
Oh boy

I kind of re-did one of my older, shittier drawings.

The pose kind of sucks. Not sure about the eyes either. Oh, and the shoulders are way too wide.
He's a robot, pose and shoulder width doesn't matter! :buddy:

It's not a unique robot though. The robot's shape is meant to mimic the human form.

Random doodle while watching James Bond yesterday. I was playing around with a book light and thought it would be cool to integrate it.

Did some cropping with it, looks better.

just a fast sketch, its supposed to be me
[editline]09:11PM[/editline]
i turned out so angry though lol
I quickly made a sketch, traced it, then colored it.

It isn't exactly great, but I still like it.
It also looks much better forum-avatar size

I was being lazy when I made this (if that wasn't already obvious)
Why on earth I didn't make it transparent is beyond me.

What kind of gel/wax do you use to get hair like that?

He was joking about the spikey anime hair.
with fear of suffering from rectal banhammer, is daijitsu a furry?
Allow me to elaborate just so it's out there.
No, I am not a furry (though Dragon keeps telling me it's not "my" choice). I simply use the fox as my avatar, and keep to the theme. I like having a nice developed character that solidly represents something, as a mascot more than a representation of me.
I have to say normal girls with cat or fox ears are still cute and/or sexy, nomatter who you are.

So, you have to either label yourself as a weeaboo or a furry :V
pff, I really classify as neither. I hate people's "You kinda like anime OMG WEABOO LOLOLOLOL" attitude. Contrary to popular belief, you can like anime and japan without being all "OMG KAWAII DESU :swoon:" at every given moment.
This is the arts section, I'm sure most of the people here know better than the rest of facepunch on the levels of crap like that.
Why isn't there a term for people who "like American cartoons and culture to the point of obsession" but there is one for people who like anime? :v:
I have never met someone obsessed with American culture but there probably are people who are.

I think there is, but mainly has to do with Japanese people obsessing over America.
Go figure.
Synonym is "Wapanese".
But, we digress.

There is. As stated many Japanese has a fetish for America.
So it goes both ways really.
Also small fun fact: Anime means animation in general, so they call our "american cartoons" for anime too.
Really? Because I just used the define feature in google and I didn't spot any that didn't define it as cartoons from Japan or a cartoon copying the style. I haven't slept though, so maybe I just missed it.

Uh what?
Cartoons from Japan =/= cartoons from America.
I said THEY, the Japanese, call our cartoons for anime. Not the other way around.
