That's actually a clever design with double arms with one for power loading and the other for nimble but still slightly assisted usage.

Why did adobe fucked up easing on flash so much? I can't ease a single tween without fucking it up, now I'm stuck with this animation i started doing after not using flash for a long time. And classic tweening is screwed up as well goddamnit

welp using cs5 and tweens work the same way as they have worked since 10 years ago so it's something YOU'RE doing

What is the problem with ease? Create a motion tween, click in the motion tween on the timeline, go to properties and you'll see "ease [***]". Insert set amount of ease you want. Voilà.
If you want it to increase/decrease speed abruptly you just insert a keyframe (F6) at the point you want and change the value.

A better done reflection, that one is so shit I can't even explain. But out of those 3, the last one.

I had a guy in the Creative Service thread spruce it up a bit. I made most of it but he just smoothed the edges. I made it better in school (in my opinion) by making the sleeves more stiff and straight.
what do you think?
Oh yeah, I (for some stupid reason) thought it would have been nice to stiffen and make the sleeve cuff on the hand at the right look blocky of sorts... IDK why. I'll fix it.

I've used flash long enough to know how to ease, but in CS4 it just screws up every time I do it. I'll try to figure it out later..

FYI "just smoothing the edges" = redrawing the thing completely with the pen tool.
