right now I need to reangle the tendon on mandibula/lock, make the nose cavity angled slightly more flat,make speech bubble look nice, rework the teeth, make drivedrain muscles look mnuch better or remake it completely, and much more

Anyway I think tsarist russia was better and you're all dirty commies, we'll leave it at that.

Eyes and rest of the face seem to be at different angle, the shading of that collar leaves much to wish more and needs more than one quantrum theory to explain, the jacket needs some shading too, you can't just give it one value and think you'll get away with it. A better definition where chin and goatee end and communist neck for greater motherland starts would be nice. I'm quite not on the "look at me i'm commie hipster" ball.

I don't know any guidelines for pixel art but that looks great. You could blend the sleeve in the foreground a bit more to the rest, the harsh outlines kinda set it off from the rest.
