Not bad, not bad at all.
I'd say just define the midsection a bit more.
And that left leg seems a slight wonky to me, probably because the angle is so sharp. I'd smooth that bit out.

What I actually meant was the feet as in shoe size. She currently has no toes.

I think if I put shadow and coloring on it it, then I can foil the foreshortening effect.

Problem is her pose is way more expressive than her face. (Although I'm not certain that's saying much)
I'll keep experimenting around whit different expressions.
Looks to me like your biggest problem is trying to do the lips with two colours (w/b). It comes across as some weird expression instead of looking like a lip could be there.

Material definition is bad. You shade with a too little brush and you make it look like it's dirty. Use a bigger brush. Atleast you got a shine going there.
The helmet looks just plain horrible with it's unaligned lines and horrible visor shading.
You need to learn shading. Do some studies on different materials.

It looks like his right hand has turned into some sort of fish pancake.
I don't know, it doesn't like you really know what you're doing with the ruffles on his clothes. Like, what's up with his collar? Don't jacket collars normally skirt the back of your head, not hang around your shoulders like a shawl?
It also looks like there might be wearing gloves of some kind on his hands. But you can't tell because one of them is in his pocket for some reason.
Why would a character design drawing conceal part of the character?
