Imported the video (after having converted it to AVI since webcams likes to save in WMV for dumb reason) into VirtualDub and then just exported the whole sequence as JPEG (quality 12 of course).

Yes. It just takes lots and lots of patience and some basic knowledge.

too spazzy and the loop is obvious... try making it as if the thing swallows us and inside it is another thing, then it loops.
its supposed to be spazzy.
but the idea of doing the classical swallow and then theres another, is very apealing
