Oh i got it fixed, turns out i had some settings all the way high which prevented the image from being saved in image formats.
Now that i look at it, i think i should learn stuff about Photoshop a bit more before posting here but...I feel like some feedback could do good, give me an idea where i'm at right now.

I started colouring Red's sketch, I only put a link because the image is ~2MB. It isn't finished yet.

Torso looks a bit odd but it's just coloured that way so it's easy to differentiate, I don't know what colour to make the fish thing.

Looking pretty awesome so far, surprised you managed to come up with some good shades of colour that fit in with no real help from anyone.

I think imageshack allows the uploading of flash files, and use [media] when posting them.

Media doesn't support flash animations.

So it needs a link unless you upload it to youtube.

Cooool! but Practise your values. Draw something straight up monocromatic. it'll help you a lot.
