These skills are what all true warriors strive for
These skills are what all true warriors strive for
I read that in the king's voice...

It's interesting to see how digital colouring can improve a poorly proportioned and generally crude sketch.
Started drawing a person: When it comes to actually colouring and shading and all that I'm sure I'll ruin her. Oh well, it's a steep learning curve I guess.

I love pen drawings because when people do it good, they do it GOOD.
Had to teach art class for 5 academic hours today. I've been to hell. Seen things you wound't habeeb man!
Seen things you wound't habeeb man!
what? I still need critique o my Digital remake, not about it being digital (although that would be useful), but since I made the original picture much more High def, so you can see all the details.
I'm fucking tired today mang,I haven't even done anything on my A1 project thingy. I'm going to sleep and it's 7PM.
:ohdear: kids can't be THAT bad, surely?
:ohdear: kids can't be THAT bad, surely?
Haha try telling that to the Art teachers at my school. I made My art teacher rage because I wouldn't use water colours.
I dislike water colours, I make an amazing drawing and then it gets ruined...
right click>view image [IMG_thumb]http://i53.tinypic.com/hulw0w.png[/IMG_thumb] text is boring I know, C/C?
I dislike water colours, I make an amazing drawing and then it gets ruined...
I normally use an 0.7mm Mechanical pencil for all of my drawings, though sometimes they are accompanied with a little help from classical pencils.
Any pencil that comes to hand, however I am drawing more and more in biro. Oh, and I tried it with a sharpie the other day. Shit was cash. [editline]07:56PM[/editline] Also, my human anatomy is fucked. I would love to draw humans....

Okay so this isn't turning out quite as badly as I expected: 4 hours in and I'm just finished on the basic skin tone on just the face and neck... urgh. [editline]10:45PM[/editline] Critiques pwease
right eye is a bit up (or the left eye is down I dunno), and it needs moar shadows. Oh and the left eye should be cut off by the nose.
Thanks, man.
quick-ish marker drawing I did for art class, it's meant to look quite rough and even out of proportion (the fact that I was using a 10mm lens for the reference photo fucked up the perspective a bit) picture of the place: It looks a bit shit when you compare it to the photo, the black marker look is something I really want to develop though. just go and stand on the other side of the room, it looks good from far away.
you're missing a part of the latter.
Watercolor! :buddy:
I drew this as an experiment with colour and patterns for my yearly major work. I used fine-liner pens and watercolour. It's originally A3, but I copied it down to A4 then scanned it. Maybe I should use this in photoshop. After finals exams.
