You'll get better responses there. Did you make the models? I would recommend putting that thread detail in the specular and normals. It would look a lot better.

yeah just posted.. I made some of the models , others were made by a friend. I did all of the textures though. I'm awful at normal maps to be honest , but hey slowly but surely ..

Sneak peak on the intro part of my first Kinetic Typography video. Just on this alone I've spent like what? 4-6 hours or something (A LOT of trial and error and fuckups and changes that takes forever to fix, it's especially annoying when I find out that the current setup of the Illustrator file doesn't work I have to change the Illustrator file and then close and open After Effects, and at some times I have to add/remove shit from the file and it ends up with me having to do it all over again. Splitting and grouping the text, timing and tweening the motions, adjust the composition settings to work in dimensions and time, yeah you know, time consuming shit) [hd]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DszXk2Rxm5Y[/hd] Obviously far far far from done.

Lines are wonky, the anatomy is simply just not there, shading is extremely uneven and has like 3 tones: Gray, I-ran-out-of-pencil-so-I-smudge-it-in-gray and oops-this-came-out-too-dark gray. The skull is just misshaped and I don't understand wether that's a shirt or his ribcage. It's overall undetailed and visually and techinically unappealing. Go look at human skeleton images and then anatomy tutorials that feature skeletons to bring forth their point, they should pull some strings. Also don't ever, never use smudge.

In my opinion, the best art is where an artist knows what he is doing. If it's just some retarded shit throwing paint on paper cause he's bored and wants to be famous, then it's bullshit and the creator is an attentionwhore. Art is like serious music. You either know what you're doing and come out as a great composer or you just throw dots on paper, try to justify it, but in the end you are still jsut another egoistic uneducated shit. Let's take that skeleton picture for example. Everyone can draw such shit. Just because your classmates say "ooh that's amazing, I could never draw so well" doesn't mean your talented or that this thing is even near anything good, no it means they don't know anything about drawing.
