Just lightly draw a random scribble or a shape if you are REALLY desperate, but most of the time, if in doubt, ask a friend for a request. I've drawn a godfather penguin with a tommy gun today as a request from a friend.

I made this in Calligraphy in about 10 minutes. The drawing was also done with a Calligraphy pen. Everything was recolored and vectorized.

The arms flail way too much and the running is too slow, as in he hangs in the air too long. Except in the middle where it speeds up for some reason, that timing looks okay.
