I have a tendency to wake up right before my alarm goes off. Usually 5 minutes before. The only exception is if I'm super tired. Also, I pretty much always remember my dreams. I have a tendency to have several in one night.
For some reason I can usually guess the time within 30 minutes. I have no idea how I do it.
I on average have three or four different dreams.
*remember
*remember
Next you'll be calling me a liar because my dreams are in color, I can remember the sounds of the voices, and remember the texture of the items I pick up..
lol im not calling you a liar.. if one didnt know of the studies done on peoples brain activity during sleep and dreams, they wouldn't realize how many dreams they have. because its just something youre not aware of not remembering when you wake up. as soon as you hit REM sleep, you start dreaming

However, I'm also a person who can have a 30 minute nap and dream.
yeah because you get to REM sleep fast. i have sleep apnea and i don't get good sleep at all. usually the dreams you remember the best are the ones right before you wake up
I can guess the time pretty accurately and also wake up at 7:30 every morning without an alarm.
I was going to post about seeing 1:08 a lot, then i looked at the clock out of curiosity and it was 3:35. Damn you OP, it's spreading.
The only reason you notice the clock at specific times is because your brain wants to. You look at the time a lot in a day but don't notice or remember it and never will. My internal clock is fairly good. I manage to wake up at the same time (7 - 8) every day unless I've been drinking or I am sick.
I keep seeing 6:66 on my digital clocks.

I look at the time a lot when I get antsy.
usually when I'm cooking something and I've got a timer set I'll be at my pc and think, "That's been in the oven for a while, It's probably done." And when I get to the kitchen the timer always has around 30 seconds left on it.
I tend to always wake up just before the alarm I set goes off.
I always look at the time at 4:20, its weird.
If I tell myself to wake up early I get up at 5o'clock, feel awful, go back to sleep and wake up later than I should have.
I always look at the time at 4:20, its weird.
You don't actually "always look at the time at 4:20", you just notice it more when you happen to look at the clock and it's 4:20, because that specific time has more meaning to you. It's similar to how a person might feel like he/she gets stopped all the time by red lights despite the fact that a majority of the lights that person encounters are probably green. The red lights are more meaningful - you have to stop, wait, and start going again (in addition to the general anxiety created by simply encountering a red light and being a few seconds later to arrive at your destination). There's some name for this effect in psychology, but I can't recall at the moment what it is. Trust me, though. It's a Thing.

That holds no grounds when I'M CHECKING IT EVERY MINUTE AND SEEING EXACTLY THE SAME NUMBER. If I was checking it twice or more every minute and getting CLOSE to 29 or 35, that would be a different story, a much more relieving one. But it's not my story.
Hap, I am NOT crazy. Please still love me?
I find, if its a normal day, ill sleep in till, say, 10 or 11 am. If its a day where i have something on, like an early doctors appointment, I find myself waking up early enough to give me time to get ready. It happens everytime, like my body knows I have to be somewhere.
I go to sleep at 2 AM and wake up at 7:40something AM what the fuck is my clock thinking
Hap, I am NOT crazy. Please still love me?
You're not crazy, I totally do it too. But I may believe it less, just because I know that it happens. Everyone does it, whether or not they want to. If your brain assigns more meaning to a certain combination of numbers (or anything, for that matter), you will be more inclined to notice and remember/internalize that combination, especially when it's something as socially pervasive as 4:20 (or 23, thanks to Jim Carrey). I do it a lot with times like 12:34 or 1:23, where the numbers are sequential. I've even begun a semi-ironic ritual where every time I notice that it's 12:34 (noon or midnight) I'll make a "lucky sequential time" wish. I also remember about half a dozen very specific times where I've been to the store and the amount of money I've had to pay was either sequential (like $23.45) or reverse-sequential (like $43.21). But I don't remember the other 99.9% of the time when I've been to stores and paid completely random-feeling bills. It's just something that humans do.

Lately I've been waking up at around 10:19 AM, thinking I should get up, fall back asleep without realizing, and then I check again and it's around 1:10 PM. Oddly consistent, I really need to get up earlier.
I have a habit of walking into the kitchen at 13:37. Though that's more likely due to the fact I make a cup of coffee every 30 minutes.
