By then you're dead. In a dangerous situation never count on the cops to come in at the last second to rescue you. So call them preemptively, like now.

If you live in the US (it's hard to tell because you use both kilometers and mph) If you're of age get a gun. If not get your parents to get one and wait. If he never comes then good. If he does and tries to hurt you shoot him. It's self-defense. But never pull it on him unless he's threatening you at that time. You don't want to be the one who escalates the conflict because then you have less of a case with the cops.
