Nuke the city, don't worry that's what they all do in America. It's a national hobby actually

Yeah man I'm nuking myself as we speak.
Make sure the pilot doesn't fly into a tall building
Be happy you're there, I want to go someday. Oh and go shopping, tons of stuff that's cheap.
Also visit the empire state building. And pretend you're in GTA IV.
These are things you could do while on the island.
Definitely visit the city, even if you're just walking around in the city its amazing. Visit all the sites in the city, such as the Empire State Building, Ground zero construction site, Time Square, etc. etc., as this will keep you busy for an entire day. You probably won't get through all of it in one day. Theres also plenty of shopping places here, so just walk around, take the subways, and explore. A lot of the people on the streets are very helpful actually, and will give you directions if you get lost, or recommend some places you could go to.
Go to a baseball game. I always go to a Yankees game when in New York, and they are always fun. Getting tickets may be hard on short notice, so try finding some online in advance.
Look up the water park "Splish Splash". I went there a few years ago, and its pretty fun. Lots of slides, you'll be there all day.
Go to a play on Broadway. This will be something to do while in the city, obviously, and will probably consume most of your day.
Theres a lot more to do, but these are just some of the things I can think of, and usually the stuff I do when i visit New York. Have fun on your trip.

Go to the Projects and get into a gun fight.
It's a good experience, trust me.

Nah, guns are expensive.
Say hi to me.

It's not called Freedom Tower any more, it's just WTC.
Freedom Tower was a gay name anyway.
Why go to the U.S, and buy steam games, take a break from PC's man.
This is exactly what you need to do. I went for a week and thought I would die without my games, but theres just too much to do to worry about gaming.
Say hi to me.
It would actually be kind of fun to visit FP'ers, but my parents are with me, it would be kinda hard to explain :v:
Nah, guns are expensive.
Get into a knife fight.
not good. the towers got plane'd.
Oh so theres still a huge smoldering pile of ash still? The site is actually starting to look pretty good. Theres one building already up, and they are still working on the rest of the towers. Its going to look fantastic when its done.
Visit the Pokemon Center. :v:
A lot of the merchandise is kind of expensive there though, but stuff with set prices are okay.

If you're dropping by Coney Island, buy stuff in Brooklyn. Everything in Manhattan is more expensive.
