I play GTA and watch movies about NYC I obviously know what I'm talking about.
A few people in New York City are friendly, the country is much nicer IMO. Have you ever been to NYC? Just wondering.
Edit: Not trying to get into an argument or anything, just saying my opinion about the comparison between the country part of NY and the city part of NY.

I live in NYC.
Buy things.
I live in NYC.
I was reading your posts and figured you lived there. I live about an hour and a half from the city and had my fair share of visits, central park is nice and all, but im not too much of a fan of some other parts. You're right, some people are just excuse me and all, but I've seen a bunch of nicer people in New York.
when i went to NYC the first time i usually went to the Times square and Rockefeller center.
Rockefeller has the Nintendo world store, it's a store and has nintendo history and cool stuff (if your lucky you might be there to talk to the actual voice of mario, who portrays a 3D mario on a screen in the front of the store. You talk to him via mic and stuff it's pretty cool)
Times square has a shitload of stores and plays going on, i like the Alfred hitchcock's 30 steps play. it's hilarious.
Go to the coffee shop from Seinfeld.
I can imagine USA McDonalds have greasy & big burgers, gotta try that. And it's much cheaper.
Thats disgusting, get a burger at a real restaurant
Thats disgusting, get a burger at a real restaurant
That's not the point :downs:
oh i forgot there's this awesome resturant on times square called the broadway diner or something similar.
it has the most badass burger ever, their blueberry pancakes are awesome too.
Buy lots of weed and cigarettes. Go to clubs and consume said substances.
I remember when I went to Manhattan once, there was a Ripley's Believe It or Not museum. Also, go to Coney Island. On the board walk. The original Nathan's. First ever. Amazing hot dogs. Very pricey, but very good. While your by the board walk, go to Astro Land.
I miss living in the city. :sigh:
EDIT: The Ripley's museum is on 42nd Street.
I also remembered that there's a wax museum right next to it, if you're interested.

Ah, I remember Ripley's Believe It or Not. I was a bit expensive, about $20 a person, but it was fun. I really enjoyed the tunnel part where it feels like everything is distorted.
Bullet proof vest, wallet chain, I'd say an asshole-o-meter but considering it's New York it would break quickly
You're dumb.
If you want to get a good tasting burger, try Five Guys. I don't think we have an In-N-Out here.

TBH I find most country folk to be a lot more rude.
I hate people who view the city like it's some kind of dangerous place where you always get mugged or some shit.
Thats disgusting, get a burger at a real restaurant
All the restaurants are good, even the McDonalds.
The distortion tunnel was closed when I went there. :saddowns:

I do know some people like that, but not many. Five Guys is delicious.
Go visit Forbidden Planet NYC if you're into comics or shit like that. There's also Jim Hanley's universe right across the street from The Empire State Building.
Go visit Rockefeller plaza or go to "The Top of The Rock" at the top of the 30 rock building. It's incredible at night.
Or go to Coney Island at night. Seeing the skyline from the ferris wheel..
And just FYI: Use your common sense when you're walking on the streets. Don't acknowledge peddlers or anyone trying to sell you crap.
You can also walk (or bike) across the Brooklyn bridge if you're up to it.
Former Manhattan resident speaking, so..
If you are in New York City itself, I'd recommend trying at-least all the cultural types of streetfood once. Visit some of the art and museums for sure.
Long Island is also very nice.
There's this nice place called the Bronx. You should check that out. I've heard it's nice at night in particular.

No! :v:
Though everything else sounds nice, i'll check it out.
Prostitutes.
On a more serious note enjoy yourself, don't go buying steam games :smith: There isn't a big diff. between 1$ and 1 euro(1 Euro = 1.2455 U.S. dollars)
Go to the city and buy a $5 hot dog. It won't be worth it, but you'll get a NYC experience.
I don't know what's so good about newyork
isn't it just like every other state but with the liberty statue
Still, a game in stores cost about 85-90$ here.
Shopping will be made however.
1. Come to my house.
2. Go clubbing.
3. ???
4. Profit.
Don't forget to go to Coney Island. Bring some money and beach stuff if you do.
Visit me too I'm lonely. :smith:
Coney Island sucks. It is infested with minorities and the only hotdogs you get there are Nathan's hot dogs... which you can get fucking anywhere.
Go to the MTA's Transit Museum.
[editline]05:08PM[/editline]
Also ride the Ferry from Staten Island to South Ferry in Manhattan.
Don't buy 25 cent hot dogs, they're basically hot dog skins filled with hot dog pudding.
Remember also to go to Chinese pick-ups, their food is frigging cheap but delicious.
If you want to get the food even cheaper, say that you're Yakazy member and show him some tattoos, trust me all Chinese and Japanese people fear Yakazy (and in Japan tattoos=Yakazya)
Go clubbing!
Is this your first visit to the United States? I recommend getting hot dogs, Chinese food, and pizza, but do your research as to which pizzaria or Chinese restaurant you should go to, since the quality can vary wildly.
If you have time, I really recommend going outside of New York City and seeing some of New England.

That's like saying I don't understand why anyone would want to visit Paris instead of Nice.
