No, that's the character from the original game you saw at the end, David just uses his model. It's basically him surviving his OD on pills.
In the bad ending, that was the model that david normally uses, but it's the character in prison because he went crazy and murdered people due to his OD.

Yeah, the ending of AoM decides what the story of the game actually was.
Good ending suggests it was all a hallucination while passed out where david just overcame himself in the addiction *and therefore magically revived himself*.
Bad ending suggests he actually walked around hallucinating killing people which he thought to be the zombies he saw.

I think they're doing Cry of Fear when it comes out, which is made by the same people who made AoM.

they're uploading Spike's PoV, and likely not David's which was broadcasted until maybe later (or cocyx might put it up on his own channel who knows)

I don't think so - Cry of Fear has a completely different structure than AoM, it is a more open world thing with a LOT OF LOADING SCREENS (in sp these loading screens pass by fast but in Sven Coop it takes like 15 seconds each which is annoying if you just pass through one level in 30 seconds).

Well CoF is going to already have co-op so it'll probably be optimized to be as smooth as SP.
