David's recording was done live, and was put into the live stream, S&D's recordings are recorded off of demos. Demo's act silly sometimes, so it didn't record the sprays.

Yeah, I asked about it in the video comments. They say it's because the Spike and Barley views were recorded through demos and not an external recording program unlike David's view on the stream. Apparently demos don't like custom sprays
