I've tried both, and the American variant is way better.
I never tried the Whiteout or white rush or whatever its called. I just remember the canpack looked like a pack of washingmashine powder.
Code red is the best one. I remember having one of those. ahhh, I love being in the USA. Everything is cheap compared to anything in Norway.

I drink mountain dew once in a while, but for me, Mello Yello is where it's at. Tastes more like Sprite than Mountain Dew, and has only one mg less caffeine than Mountain Dew.
Drinking a white out right now, I love it.
Me and some buddies like to call it "Fjallagyðingur", which in English translates into "Mountain Jew".
I'm personally not too fond of it. It tastes too sweet. We only have one flavor, the original, but if I find another flavor, I'll try it out.
I drink Diet Mountain Dew like it's crack. I like original and diet but if I were to drink regular like a do diet I'd weight 300 pounds. About five days' worth (excluding ones in my car or the ones I drink downstairs)
