I'm adopted, anyone else?
I used to develop third-party addons for GMod, which was fun for a while, so I have a scripting background, but I moved on to programming. Since I only work with C++ right now, low level stuff is way over my head, and probably the most complex stuff I've ever worked with was signature scanning. So programming could be something in common, but I wouldn't be sure how much I talk about stuff like that unless we were talking about stuff I've actually worked with. I like playing TF2 right now, I play on a Christian server with some other nice people, and it's really friendly, but I haven't made another small niche circle of friends like the ones I made back when I hosted GMod servers in freshman year of high school. I dunno what else to say. I'm in college if that means anything. Single and wishing I had a friend who was a girl, but not a girlfriend right now I guess, but this is Facepunch, so. Oh well, I guess. Oh I like talking with my closest friends on Skype, too.
How heavy? I really don't care for that sort of hurpadurp magic everywhere stuff that seems to be popular, but I love things like Warhammer Fantasy, TES, and Fable where they keep a good edge on the magic and have plenty of 'realistic' aspects as well.
I prefer things like Elric of Melnibone, but I will read anything with fantasy aspects as long as it's well written, such as the books based in the Forgotten Realms.
I enjoy long naked walks on the beach...

Warhammer 40k is a good mix of fantasy and scifi, there's an element of the universe for everyone.

Not sure where I heard that, but it seems like it could be possible.
Isn't Warhammer 40k basically a future version of Lord of the Rings? Not sure where I heard that, but it seems like it could be possible.
Warhammer 40k is a future version of the bible mingled with the first world war and starship troopers.
I like power metal.
That'll do for now :glomp:
I like sports (mostly football and hockey), gaming, tons of different kind of music (except rap and hip hop), and anything medical related. [editline]19th December 2010[/editline]
I made three friends on FP that I plan on living with in the next few years, I call that a pretty good friendship. I love anything to do with film or film making, I love all sorts of music (Classical, Metal, Rap). I don't play too many games but Minecraft and TF2 are great, I also love internet culture.

I don't have anything in common with any of my friends, so why should I tell you what I like?
Energy drinks gives me a bad stomach.
I don't have anything in common with any of my friends, so why should I tell you what I like?
Because we're not like your friends.
I'm a hateful bastard who's into RPGs, Lovecraft and weed. If I'm not telling you to fuck yourself and unkindly informing you that your opinion is wrong it's because I'm intoxicated.
I fucking love the shit out of history, acting, comedy, gaming, filming, reading, and writing. And boys. Cute feminine boys with long hair and eyeliner and all that shit though, which is odd considering I hate the whole emo thing with a passion.
Most my friends are those, I'm a long haired heavy metal fan who hates everything, even most my friends.

I love JRPGs and Turn-Based the most.
i dont want any new friends i hate u all
Also I write novellas about Rusty having sex with lizards. I'm mainly into games like Morrowind that offer a little more freedom.

Who can I say, i'm a sucker for the classics. Elder Scrolls and Fallout are really good, too.
I like.... planes...

Not saying I didn't enjoy it, though.
I like music. I like all kinds of music, rap, pop and very sometimes rock. I hate any form of metal or anything similar to it. Classic can be cool sometimes, but most of the times it's boring. I'm mostly into the music you hear at the radio, the more popular ones. Maybe if you have Spotify, you can add me at 'BrQQQ' I guess On the computer I like playing games. I also look into coding and stuff as it looks interesting. Before I get into anything cool, I want to learn PHP well. I know the basics of PHP now, simple things with post and very simple things with mysql. I wish to move on to C++ later on. I read the extreme basics of c++ before I started with PHP and it made absolutely no sense. Now I know a little PHP, it makes a lot more sense. When I read books (happens rarely), I find medieval stories best. I like history in general. SF books are usually ok. Any form of realism I find boring, especially books about how boring someone's school life is, or how someone is trying to get a girl. One of the better books I read was a book I bought in Canterbury, a modern version of The Canterbury Tales. With movies I love horror movies. Or movies where someone has to escape/rescue someone (but I hate it when they have to get something, like a diamond or so). I hate series in general. I don't like planning times when I have to watch tv so that I can see the serie. I don't like it how episodes end right in the middle of a cool thing. The only real good serie I've seen was Prison Break, but that's because I had every season on dvd. I like doing cool shit with my friends. Sometimes (at spring/summer), we just buy a few drinks and sit at the park. I like it when my friends are not scared of everything. I like it when my friends have cool abilities that I and more people don't. I absolutely hate maths. Biology at basics is quite fun. Chemistry I usually find boring unless there's some cool stuff to see. Physics I find boring. I find languages fascinating. I like all kinds of languages really, Russian, Swedish, Chinese, Japanese, they all look pretty cool. I find art usually boring, depending on what it is. We had a few giant pictures of a brush stroke at one of my classes and the teacher tried to explain us that it was art. No, it's just a fucking brush stroke. and that's pretty much the things I like and don't like
Meh more friends the merrier I guess. -My music taste is pretty weird, I'll listen to Daft Punk one minute and Taylor Swift the next. Know my shit boundaries though I stay away from rap and shit artists. AND OH GOD WHY HAVEN'T I LISTENED TO MORE BEATLES LATELY? -Movies I don't mind as long as it's tasteful entertainment, but will deal with Michael Bayism if I have to. Favoirite movies I guess LOTR, Terminator 2 stuff like that. May have a tendency for Sci fi movies too. -Books/Graphic novels died down for me lately but looking to read Call of Cthulu, not really that interested in graphic novels but I do enjoy good ones like Watchmen (Mainstream enough for ya?) -Gamingwise I'm pretty narrow recently, would expand my genre but usually stuck in FPS/RPG land apart from exceptions. TES IV, Mass Effect 2, Portal, TF2, Call of Duty, etc. Also laddering in Starcraft II at the moment. Only really have a PC and a PS2 so not much choice console wise though a PS3 would be sweet. -TV shows? Uh as said I haven't been watching lately but getting back to it after my antannae got fixed, but watched NCIS (Not LA that shits for laughs), Modern family, also need I say Walking dead? -Hobbywise not much I should get some guitar going, and chilling out with friends while sometimes getting drunk goes really weird at times (The Twilight board game is hilarious, don't ask). I think that's pretty much it, just a guy trying to learn 3D modeling and animating for my career and with a too deep devotion for Garrus. Also Australian :/
Well, here's a list of stuff about myself. Video games I'm a PC gamer, no consoles. I enjoy games such as Mass Effect 1/2, Assassin's Creed series, Audiosurf, Fallout 3/New Vegas, Oblivion, Just Cause 2, Team Fortress 2 and many more. Music I enjoy mostly Classic Rock, Heavy Metal, and other Rock subgenres. Bands/artists I like include The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, Beck, Bad Religion, The Doors, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath, UFO, ZZ Top and more. You can check out the rest of the stuff I listen to on my last.fm page. Movies I don't watch movies that often, but my all-time favourites are Back To The Future trilogy, Ghostbusters, and plenty of more. Cartoons and TV Shows I stopped watching cartoons when I was 14, but now that I'm 17, I'm experiencing nostalgia and watching again the cartoons that I used to love. Some of them are My Life As A Teenage Robot, Johnny Bravo, Courage the Cowardly Dog and others. TV shows I also watch are Mythbusters, Ultimate Survival aka Man vs. Wild, and Doctor Who. I don't really watch TV very often nowadays. Hobbies I don't really have any specific hobbies, but I tend to doodle something from time to time. So, friends anyone? :buddy:
I like nice long walks on the beach in the moonlight, nice dinner at a fancy restaurant and a nice big man to be my teddy bear :allears:
Oh yeah how could I forget the informative Man vs Wild and Mythbusters? Also should play soccer more since I have some free time.
Shoulda known the first posts in this thread would be gay guys.
Actually, I'm bi. I prefer boys though.
