Right but that's not them trying to scam you and not give you anything in return. It's just irritating because they're doing it all wrong right now. I'm sure it'll get better with time. I'm going to continue using Lockerz and saving PTZ. Hopefully sometime in the future redemption won't be this much of a hassle and they'll get to a point where they have stuff in stock constantly.
