The process was still retarded, and the new items that are "an indication of the new price structure" like crappy $15 non-special-edition DVDs for 350 PTZ are pretty lame. Nobody even knows if they actually got the things they think they got or not, so it'll be pretty easy for them to just say "OOPS U DID IT WRONG NO PRIZE FOR YOU" in a day or two.
If I actually get this thing I'll be cashing the rest of my points out for shopping bags and junk like that and then quitting the site anyway. It's just not worth the stress.

Yeah.
The only times I have problems are on redeem days, and then a few random login issues that are usually fixed by just waiting 5 minutes and trying again.
The redemption system is still totally wrecked, but the site works fine the rest of the time.
