I sent them an email regarding how slow and buggy this redeem has been for me, and asked if it will be easier during the normal redemption, if they're working on errors and white screens, etc. and two days later I got a reply which has nothing to do with what I asked:

On the general day of redeem day, the site was down. What a coincedence...
Here's another "automated" email reply they sent out which fits my case much better, which not only means they didn't take the time to reply to my email, they didn't even [B]read[/B] mine

If what they say is true, then you will be able to earn PTZ in like 9 different ways when it launches so the new values will be fine
but knowing Lockerz either the restocks will still suck or the other ways of earning PTZ won't come out on time/won't work

Nope. I think they will be subtracting the PTZ when they process our orders to ship them out
