Nope, Shipping is free internationally, you only have to pay taxes if your country has but they send them as a gift so there should be no taxes at all or just very little.

But in December, all values are going to be 4x now.
I have a feeling the prices will only change after this redemtion. It would be pretty unfair to make normal users pay more than Z Listers.
