My problem is that I've forwarded my order a couple times and not gotten any real response from them that confirms that my order is "legit" or not, and they still haven't deducted my PTZ or anything.
If everyone else is in this situation then we really don't know if we're actually going to get anything or not.

They've said countless times...email them once and then STOP. It takes them more time the more emails they have to sort through. If you received an order receipt you WILL get your prize, just sit tight and let them process all the orders, it's not going to happen instantly.
