Z-Listers got their own redemption because they are Z-Listers. You get VIP bonuses and such and this was one of them. This means that the next redemption, while open to normal members, is also open to Z-Listers.
I redeemed my 360 and I'm waiting on that to get here. Planning on getting a year subscription to Xbox Live or maybe a copy of Modern Warfare 2 (do they have MW2 on the prize list?).

Yup, but at that point the prices of the items are higher so Lockerz can gain profit, or at least wont lose anything

Anyone who redeemed anything over 50 PTZin the last round should be blocked from redeeming in the next round.
And it should be like that ALL THE TIME, no matter what level you are.
Lockerz clearly doesn't have enough prizes to go around, and it's unfair for the couple guys with the fastest internet connection (or who write scripts) to get new prizes every month while everyone else gets boned.

Also, since Z-Listers already got their redemption, why should they get another, they got what they wanted, now we want to get what we've been waiting for. I've been looking at a copy of NFS: Shift and I don't want them to run out 'cause all the Z-Listers got to it first.

The vast majority of even Z-listers didn't get shit in the last round, and from the small few who got orders through, we now have no way of knowing if our orders are "legit" or not and don't know if we'll actually be getting our prizes or not.
and the reason it was so difficult was that non zlisters like yourself spammed the god damn site during the restock because Lockerz couldn't keep the damn time a secret

I was there for the last 4 restocks, and I barely, just BARELY managed to get an order SORT OF through in the last round, after fucking HOURS of waiting and refreshing.
The Z-list Only redemption was JUST AS BAD AS THE OTHER ONES, and like 99%+ of members didn't get jack shit.
I don't know what you think happened, but the Z-list restocks were both over an hour late, were buggy as fuck, and were generally fucking awful.
