This website is getting to be, in my eyes a pile of shite. They apparently care about their community but their support is the biggest load of shit ever.
There are tons of innocent people on Facebook who have had their orders cancelled due to "cheating". Fuck Lockerz.
Did you guys make any fake emails for yourselves or anything like that? Or maybe that one glitch where you can get more points by clicking the answer button in multiple tabs?

The way I see it, they ran out of prizes so they just cancelled all the extra orders, saying they "cheated". If I did in fact cheat, then why did they ship me the Wii game I redeemed THE DAY BEFORE I redeemed the DSi they cancelled?

That really sucks. I'm pretty sure they didn't cancel all the extra orders with the reason of cheating, since Nintendo-Guy got a PTZ refund for his order and a complimentary $50 Amazon gift card. Even if they say it's not negotiable, bring it up to Lockerz support anyways and try to reason with them. It's worth a shot. They gave away WAY TOO MANY PSP bundles to ever actually realistically fulfill those orders.
I'm a little pissed because it was SO FUCKING HARD to get through the last redemption and I really wanted the PSP bundle, but honestly, I'm not THAT angry.
I shop at Amazon all the time, so $50 in Amazon credit is pretty awesome for me, especially since I get to keep my PTZ and I guess I can try again for something different at the next redemption.
I know some of you probably don't have your own credit cards and don't shop at Amazon, so if any of you really hate Amazon or don't shop there or whatever, let me know via PM and I'll see what I can do about trading you cash or gift cards or something. Or if you want you can give me your gift card info and I can use my account and have what you want shipped to you so you don't have to set up an account.

1.) Points are useless since it is impossible to get through during redemptions & they can cancel your orders at any time for any reason.
2.) Tons of people are getting their orders canceled AND getting all their points removed for "cheating" even when they didn't.
3.) Just because Lockerz promises to give us Amazon gift certificates doesn't mean anything, since they also promised that our orders would go through and that turned out to be a lie.
