What good are PTZ when it is almost impossible to get anything during redemptions, and when you do get something your order has at least a 50% chance of getting canceled? They can do whatever they want within legal reasoning when you sign up to their website.

Who cares about having PTZ when it is impossible to redeem and when they cancel orders for no reason? Lockerz has been lying to their members for weeks. They said explicitly that all members who got receipts would get their prizes, which turned out to be a lie. Why defend them when they are clearly wrong?

Barely anybody made it in through the last 6 redemptions, and those who did had their orders cancelled more than 50% of the time. Just because you have the PTZ doesn't mean you can actually get anything with them.

While they are working their arses off the keep the 100s (maybe 1000s) of their customers satisfied - people are complaining about their consoles not being delivered on time. Sooner or later people will get their expensive consoles. Lockerz is probably loosing money with the gift cards - which shows their dedication to their customers. Seriously, complaining at this early stage is just bitchy and impatient.
