I doubt this would hold up in court.
I don't think a lawsuit would actually go through, but just because someone says you cant' sue them doesn't actually mean you can't.
I also like the part where they basically say that even if they know things are wrong, they won't actually try to fix them.

This whole recent restock is just one huge mess. Nothing one can do except e-mail them and pray they actually respond or actually do something. I'm quite angry about being screwed out of a prize, but not a lot I can do except hope they rectify their mistakes and try to do the right thing.
Also, am I the only who was labeled a 'cheater' and has still yet to have their PTZ taken away? Mine are still today for some reason.
For some reason, these scammers always take back any PTZ I gain. I swear that I've been at 237 PTZ for a week.

His theory holds some merit though.
There's still a very good chance that Lockerz is simply using a modified version of a pyramid scheme (giving out awesome prizes in the beginning and then making it increasingly difficult to get anything) to build a user base.

That's not the point. Lockerz are liars, and they don't know how to properly handle problems. They say they want to build up a massive userbase before launch, yet they treat the current users like crap despite all they've done for the site. What's going to happen when the site officially launches? We'll be dealing with actual money then, and at the moment I don't trust them enough for that.
Plus, I do not appreciate getting called a cheater, and so don't the other thousands of members who were also falsely accused of this.

There are plenty of people who got things. They just couldn't serve the thousands of other people who were probably last in line. Everyone needs to stop complaining. Comparing this to a pyramid scheme is fucking dumb by the way. It seems to me that a couple of college guys got an idea, put it into action, and got a bigger result than they expected. I mean for fucks sake, the site is still in beta and I bet you they have at least half a million members if not more. Yes, some people may have been wrongly accused but shit, cut them some slack. A few people are dedicating an ass load of time to give free stuff to people who spend a few minutes a day on their site. For those of you complaining about the site being slow and questions not showing up, you try maintaining a server that gets constantly bombarded by people 24/7.
