Smoked a joint with my brother earlier in the park. I then laid on a flat on my back on a bench for 2 hours before going home and going to sleep. I just now woke up at one in the morning and has just realized how majorly i have fucked over my sleep for the next couple of days. I smoked the join at 13:00, probably fell asleep around 15:30-16:00ish.
