How come we can't talk about RC vendors here? Sorry if it's an obvious thing that I just overlooked.

Every government they addressed immediately came out with statements calling the report naive, and saying they have no plans to liberalise drug laws. In other words, they totally blocked out and used it as an opportunity to pump out some more anti-drug propaganda.
Concerningly, most of the mainstream media didn't even cover it, so it didn't even raise awareness. A total failure that if anything set the movement back.

Few reasons.
If vending became even more popular than it is, they'd get shut down faster. The smaller the community is kept the better.
Vendors don't necessarily want a lot of business, they like to keep it low.
I'm pretty sure Garry doesn't want his website linked to some kid who OD'd off of an RC.
Some people feel that people who can't find their own sources aren't responsible enough to be ordering drugs from them.
It's kind of a taboo to post your sources unless you're trading or being courteous. Getting your own vendors isn't really that hard and is somewhat of a right of passage. Some people even treat like having their sources as a collection of sorts.
