Microsoft is way more evil with it polices and treatments of xbox 360. Charging for online play of games you own. Also forcing game developers to charge for updates and content for games s they can get a cut.

Several game developers have comment it such as gears of wars. You could do the research yourself with Google. Play station service is much better and free also I don't see you any monthly fee just to play game on stream.

you seem to not be understanding what [u]not[/u] counting cents means. if you have $20.51 and you don't count the cents, you have $20, not $21.
not if you ask me. But i suppose, in some situations, you would round down more than half the dollar. But, at the same, in your local store, would you consider a $19.99 item $19 or $20? This, to me implies the same concept as whether or not a $19.51 item is $19 or $20.
Alot of people disregard cents for some reason, and it drives me nuts. Someone will see something for $19.99 or $19.95 and say "Oh, it's only $19!" when it's actually closer to $20. It's a gimmick often used by retailers to make items appear that much cheaper to alot of people.
