According to Stephen Fry, who is a member of Mensa, the number of the beast is actually 616 because Revelations was originally a number puzzle and they miscalculated. Otherwise, rules of math take presidence over the joke. Cents do count as much as the decimals in Pi. I don't find Apple evil since some of their products are actually very good, I don't see the point in claiming that it is because of the pricing on one of its early products.
