guys I need help remembering this rapper I know he's a pretty skinny guy, he's also pretty old (he looked like 40-50 to me), he was black and had a long rastas. It's all I know, I know nothing of his music. who matches this description?

The lyrics and delivery aren't terrible but you don't have any flow, it sounds like you don't know how your lyrics are supposed to fit on the beat and are just trying to rush through them.
