He kept it simple. I liked that. He kept it simple and didn't bother with pushing the boundries of rhyming. Also Premier. Gangstarr wouldn't be shit without DJ Premier.

Yeah but there's a difference between keeping it simple and just sucking imo. Guru always seemed like a shitty version of Jeru the Damaja. But yeah it's probably Premier.

I only know about them from Dead Rising but besides the fantastic Gone Guru the rest of the album is also pretty cool. Mr. California is probably my other favorite song.

Celph Titled's been around for a while, like 15 years probably. Now, for a long time he's been identifying himself as a Cuban, and saying the n-word. Here's what he looked like:
