Lupe is going Luupy.
I know a few people here that listen to The Weeknd so here you go. He released his first music video.
Hip-Hop acts that to my knowledge have never said "nigga":
Aesop Rock
Afroman
Atmosphere
B. Dolan
Brother Ali
Classified
Cunninlynguists (I think?)
Cypress Hill don't say it that much
Dan Le Sac VS Scroobius Pip
Del the Funky Homosapien
Devin the Dude (pretty sure he doesn't say it much)
Eminem of course
Eyedea
Gang Starr don't say it much
The Grouch
Hail Mary Mallon
Living Legends
Mac Lethal
Murs
Non-Prophets
Sage Francis
Sole
Blueprint (I think he's called Musab now)
There's plenty more. Just look around a bit. I'm not really a fan of brag-rap either. Unless it's a battle. That's when it makes sense.

oh and nerdcore sucks
while everyone in the list is a fantastic mc, whether or not they say "nigga" shouldn't matter. Also, some of them are white,(aesop, eyedea, brother ali) so it's kind of obvious that they wouldn't say "nigga"

Why is this thread in the music section?
Has heard Lupe's new mixtape yet? I heard it wasn't worth bothering with.
Also, thoughts on Childish Gambino?

Went to the box office today and picked up my tickets for Das Racist since the postal order fucked up. I'm suprised tickets are still available TBH.

At first I was like wtf is this? but after watching it again I really like it. It's different from your typical girl cheated on boy videos you see and from what I've seen people post it's related to ethiopias history or something like that since he is ethiopian.
Childish Gambino? You guys serious?

He sounds like lil wayne if weezy grew up rich and nerdy
you're crazy. lil wayne sounds like a fuckwit & childish gambinos voice is sexy as heck
He sounds like lil wayne if weezy grew up rich and nerdy
I would rather listen to an educated and nerdy guy rather than ~get rich or die trying~
Childish Gambino is good when he's not doing narcissist rap. Coincidentally, that's when his voice is at its most obnoxious and annoying. His narcissist rap is paired with corny metaphors, similes, and wordplay (a la Lil Wayne), except with an "I'm culturally black and white or neither" shtick. I mean that's significantly new, but the rapping is still pretty lame and derivative.
The occasional emotive introspection is where he shines. His song with storytelling about the struggle of growing up not being "black" enough or "white" enough was really good. All in all he's decent, but he could be great if his narcisstic voice was more unique and less dumb.
To each his own.
I for one love Childish, one of my favorites

This is why I love Atmosphere. Every line just cracks me up.
The Das Racist gig was so good. I met a Chicagoan whose room mate is friends with Das Racist, they apparently played for his birthday. He bought me 2 beers and I pretty much spent the whole night talking with him and shit before the main set where we were about 2-3 rows behind the stage.

Lakutis was on the beats and I shook his hand, hi-fived Dapwell and Kool A.D actually nearly lost me my hat when he surfed over me. Honestly though the gig itself was fucking great they had good stage prescence and hilarious banter between tracks. Best performance by far was Ek Shaneesh though IMO, got some merch too. I think it rates within my top one gig. I mean Odd Future will be good but it will never be as intimate as last night. As my new chicagoan friend was telling me the smaller venues are the best.
