If it's covered by the barrel band, just do a cold blue on it.

I'm starting to really hate on the Firearms manufacturers because it feels like they're simply NOT filling orders to artificially inflate the price of their products. Fucking bastards.
How many ammo manufacturers are there?
Several, to name the American ones I can think of Remington, Winchester, Federal, Barnes, Hornady, CCI. That doesn't include the European ones. In other words, enough.
To clarify, I have a barrel band with a bayonet lug, and I'm upgrading to a barrel band with NO lug, so the rub spots from the lug cowling will be exposed.
We share the same dream comrade, I even bought some Balkan war stock sets from APEX gun parts for one. [IMG_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/MxAQ6Ec.jpg[/IMG_thumb]
WHHHY the paratrooper handguard
Paratrooper handguards are the best don't talk shit

Not only it's incredibly hard to do and maintain over time, but also very illegal.
Capitalism is good all the time, every time.
Shot a gun for the first time today, went clay-pigeon shooting and used a Berretta 12 gauge O/U. Great fun, definitely something I want to get in to.
Prices are up because of a feedback loop. Guy A walks into store, sees no ammo, says "OMG there's no ammo!" and buys whatever he can. Guy B walks into store, sees no ammo, says "OMG there's no ammo!" and buys all that he can. Repeat ad naseum.

Everywhere else is all paperwork and permits before you can buy a .22
Today I found an original Vietnam dated M16 bipod that I picked up for $10 and a set of original M16A1 triangular hand guards with heat shields intact with field done camouflage paint for $20 but I didn't buy those because I was low on cash.

I got a thing. [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/f4Sqy1hh.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/nWIDhIQh.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/8e1nO9Fh.jpg[/thumb] Enfield No2 Mk1* Tanker model. I'm really tempted to buy that FR8 at my LGS for 300.
Can you even buy the ammo that Enfield revolver fires? Or is there a modern cartridge equivalent or something?
It shoots .38 S&W, they still make them commercially but the only place I found it is online. FR8 page king. [thumb]http://i.imgur.com/aqE7wyJ.jpg[/thumb]
Ah good to know, cause that is way to sweet to just be a paper weight!

[editline]13th April 2013[/editline] Or was it the FAL?
The remains of a Mini-14 What used to be an AMD-65 2000$ SKS I don't even know. >AK-47 I don't even need to say.
That SKS would be cool if they didn't ruin an SKS.

They built these from the stockpile of their old mausers, and they took barrels from CETMEs and flipped the front sight upside down and used the gas tube as a bayonet mount/storage. So its a frankengun.

[thumb]http://i.imgur.com/aqE7wyJ.jpg[/thumb]
wait hold on, I am confuse Bolt action with a gas system? Or is it some recoil compensation system like the AK-107 has?
If the Enfield was in .38SPL I'd get it, they're only $200 here, but .38S&W is hard to find and expensive, so because I'm working on a Russian collection right now, not a British one, fuck that, I'll wait for the cheap-but-expensive-ammo Nagant.
wait hold on, I am confuse Bolt action with a gas system? Or is it some recoil compensation system like the AK-107 has?
Soldiers would put smokes and rubbers in the "gas tube" because it was so damn small for anything else.
Man, my WASR10/63 was garbad and I don't really miss it, but I miss the Romanian foregrip I had on it, it was perfect in ever imaginable way. The gun it was attached to however, was not. RIP
