You consider a .44 to be a penis compensator?
Sorry I meant a deagle brand deagle in .50 African eliminator
Hey if your hand doesn't sting after you fire the thing, it's not done it's job. :v:
Just saw a Canadian-made Inglis Hi-Power on Cajun Pawn Stars with a shoulder stock, they got a great deal on it, got it for $1000, and it's easily a $1500-$1800 gun.
Oh man. I showed my dad my new Galil and he's having terrible, terrible thoughts. Like trading me a MINT M1A with like ten magazines and almost a thousand rounds of ammunition. Shit.
Don't do it, Galil's are way cooler than M1A's
[t]http://i.imgur.com/L6qmt7w.jpg[/t] Here's some of my shell casing/bullet collection. I found most of the shell casings in the desert, but I found ALL the bullets in the desert with the exception of the minie balls and musket balls, they were dug by a friend of mine. I always found post-fired bullets and the shapes they make fascinating.
Don't do it, Galil's are way cooler than M1A's
Indeed... plus it isn't really a fair trade at all. As far as monetary value goes.
So apparently military service meets CMP's membership requirements. I foresee a garand in my near future.
Indeed... plus it isn't really a fair trade at all. As far as monetary value goes.
Well technically aren't Galils like $1200 max? And M1A's like $1400 minimum?
-snip-
Well technically aren't Galils like $1200 max? And M1A's like $1400 minimum?
Yeah. He paid around $1700 for his model brand new, plus he's offering ~1000 rounds of Lake City 7.62 and ten magazines of various sizes. He said he'd just throw it all together because he has nothing else in 7.62/.308 and obviously would have no use for the magazines if I had the rifle. Easily skyrockets the trade value to where I'd basically be ripping him off if I accepted the trade.
Idk if he's serious abou that, I'd really think that over. A Galil is pretty damn cool but that's such an incredible deal for a really good gun.
Idk if he's serious abou that, I'd really think that over. If this was just some average dude I'd be considering it way harder, but I don't want to short my dad ya know? Dunno. I'll sleep on it I guess.
Oh well I didn't really think of that. That is a conundrum I tell you hwhat
[img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/G5YGpatl.jpg[/img_thumb] Galil time. :v: Going to get a wood furniture set for it ASAP. Came with four magazines and some ammunition... I love private sales.
That's freakin' beautiful.
So apparently military service meets CMP's membership requirements. I foresee a garand in my near future.
It meets the club membership ONLY if you're military retired (you receive a pension or something), or if you're active military. Proof of honorable service meets the proof of marksmanship, citizenship, and proof of age requirements though. Military ID proves everything in one card though. It's pretty magical.

Hey look, somebody is making sense. But they call themselves the "virtual president".
It's not like an actual senator or anything, it's just a youtube page tied to a facebook page.
That's my point. He makes sense, but he's just a blogger, not a congressman.
GAT DAMMIT I should have picked up a galil for 550$ before shit hit the fan. Still glad I got my PTR-91 brand new for 800$ though, love the fuck out of that thing other than the fact that it beats the living hell out of the brass...
My gnus: a Mosin-Nagant M91/30 and a Stoeger Uplander 12ga SxS. Also a kinda sight picture. [t]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/34238144/Guns/DSC00028.JPG[/t][t]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/34238144/Guns/DSC00029.JPG[/t] Markings on the Nugget. Not really sure what the first one means, it's on the back end of the stock. The rest show matching numbers, even down to the bayonet. Is that a goddamn Tula? [editline]3rd April 2013[/editline] A HEX Tula? [editline]3rd April 2013[/editline] I'll trade my Mosin Nagant M1938 for that.
A matching bayonet? damn you
Or I'll pay cash, I don't care.

Went in the store, they had a crate sitting freshly opened on the floor. Hopped in, nabbed this one because it felt and looked the best. Really didn't know anything about Nuggets at the time other than hex-tops were generally better than round-tops. Also I'm keeping it. >:(
Anyone ever use one of these before? It'd be fun to shoot at something different than 2 liters full of water with my mosin and handgun and stuff. Would it actually be safe or last if I fire my M44 or AK at it?
