nah but seriously CADPAT should do nicely

that is such a sexy forest
I can't wait until I get to take my buddies up to play at my cabin some time. My cabin is in north-western Washington about 2 hours in any direction from civilization so it's safe to say it's pretty wooded. We have our property which is decently sized but just down the road past a few more cabins my grandpa has a shitton of land that he'd have no problem with us playing on.
[img_thumb]https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/297470_340062639413792_548789737_n.jpg[/img_thumb]
That's the edge of our property. (Spot the "swamp monster") It's so bright on the other side because the asshat neighbors all around us decided to cut down all their beautiful, old as fuck trees and sell em to logging companies so our property is an oasis of trees in a clearing. My grandpa's land is still wooded and also has plenty of fallen trees, open ground, and such to make it interesting.
Though, because it's winter there is no fucking way we're going up there now. I don't think it's snowing, but our water comes off the mountain and gets filtered down, so it usually freezes in the pipes because it's so cold. Being fucking cold and having no water isn't fun, so we'll be waiting until summer.
Also, any Washington state ifaps here? I haven't seen any reveal themselves in my time in this section.
M90 as felix said, it's a good camo
HAHAHAHA IM STILL IUP
so apparently vfc is releasing their take on an mp7 gbb
1-up
I got a defective aeg for my first gun :c
The bore was too tight for the suggested BBs.
I might actually have a gun this weekend though.

They were what was recommended by a professional.
Okay, so I charged the battery for the recommended ~4 hours with the standard wall charger but it never got hot (as I read when it's almost fully charged) so I unplugged it just to be safe. Took me almost a whole 30 minutes just to figure out how to get the handguard off and where to even place the battery in the dang thing, but managed to fit it in (feels really tight, don't know if that's good or bad). Dry fired successfully with semi and auto, going to be testing with real BBs tomorrow.
Pretty good Christmas so far. Got my very first airsoft gun working.

I don't believe in the term "professional" for airsoft because anyone that has a decent opinion is just a kid or adult which can't be classified as a "professional" since airsoft isn't a profession, but anyone that has made it such will give you the opinion of grands that they were paid to recommend.

This is why I usually come to FP first before even thinking about it. I'm still way new and don't know my stuff very well. That's how I picked out that Mk43.
My Cybergun .12s that I used to buy had a picture of an IPSC shooter on it, saying "HE CHOOSES ONLY THE BEST" and I thought it was awesome when I was ~12.
My list of personally recommended BBs in order:
KSC Perfects
Madbull
King Arms Platinum
GI G4 Brand
Just because certain brands are last in that doesn't mean they're not good, that's just my "top 4".
Brands I've heard great things about in order:
Bioval
Goldenballs
Elite Force
I personally use .28's or .30's, and always remember to wash your BBs. It may be hard to believe that it makes a difference but BBs are molded and just as with baking, you need a "no-stick" agent that prevents the BBs from getting stuck to the mold. This agent can not only ruin your hop-up bucking, but it can also cause "flyers" (BBs that fly off in a random direction from the general grouping your gun produces). Use a mild detergent like dish soap or hand soap and warm water. I personally use this process:
I DO NOT RECOMMEND WASHING BIODEGRADABLE BBs
1.) Dump BBS into a strainer and get rid of the bag ( I generally throw it away because the BBs have rubbed off their molding agent on the inside of the bag, but I tend to put the BBs into a fresh Zip-lock bag and place the Zip-Lock bag inside the bag the BBs came in so I can identify them. )
2.) Run warm water over the BBs, and stir it around with your hand. (Wash your hands first so dirt and stuff doesn't get into the strainer.)
3.) Introduce the detergent to the BBs, my rule of thumb is one pump/ squeeze for every 1,000 bbs.
4.) Turn the water off and stir it around with your hand, making sure to get all of the BBs.
5.) Let them sit for a minute, and them rinse them off. Rinse them off VERY well, if they have leftover soap on them you've done a 360 and eliminated the purpose of cleaning them.
6.) Pour them out onto a a clean towel and let them dry, and pour them into your container.
Now that might seem a little anal, but once you get used to doing it, it's part of your routine and I've found that it can make cheap BBs like King Arms platinums just as good as unwashed or dirty Biovals or equivalent expensive brand.
elite force bbs are very good
i use the bottles they come in to make amplifiers
I use G&G .25s, have never had a problem.
I use Elite Force bios for all my guns, get great results.
I use Elite Force .25s. I wanna go higher but all the higher weight elite forces are sold out a lot of the time.
Dont see the point in BIO unless you are plinking or its required at a field.
bunch of people who work in airsoft have told me bio bbs are just regular bbs that have a special label, are more expensive, and take like 40-50 years to degrade vs like 100 years for regular bbs
Bios are required by all outdoor fields here in California. It's more of a city requirement than anything.

Inokatsu, you funny
>the reciever has a bit more of a gap between upper and lower parts
>gun is imperfect, make it $200 cheaper

still not worth it
still not worth it
Uhh, do you know a damn thing about these?
Sure its worth it if you want a wall hanger or something for a collection, but if you want to skirmish with it, then your better off getting a KJW or G&P and upgrading that, or even just buying an RA-Tech custom.
The only way I'd field (let alone buy) a guhbubber is if everybody else was using one.

Not even close to accurate. the Inokatsu is essentially an improved version of the Viper Tech, and they now have much nicer bodies to match the slight internal upgrades, making them among the best GBBR M4s out right now, although they aren't as user friendly.

Again, you're completely wrong. I know folks in England who use GBBR's outdoors year round, its just a matter of proper preparation.
