Funny story about that from yesterday. In medic games, theres a cover rule. So if you get medic'd back in on the edge of a fire fight, you can call cover and fall back. Well my dad was medic'd and he and his medic called cover. The kiddies proceeded to light them up. My dad began spewing expletives. Barry, the owner, said something on his bullhorn about language. My dad pulled him aside and said that it was him who was swearing, because the kids wouldn't stop shooting even with them yelling cover. Barry proceeds to say "Yeah, those stupid fuckin' kids. Can't stand 'em."

I play in woods mostly, so I use clear lenses. Forest gloom combined with tinted lenses means awful visibility.

i like clear but they dont have clear swd inserts so i have to settle with brown tint or green

i think to other people looking at you, tints look cool as fuck compared to clear
but clear works better

How are mesh goggles anyway? Does the mesh reduce visibility that close to the eye?
Not really with those goggles as the mesh is rather close to your eye you barely notice it but always check with your site refs to see if they'll allow mesh goggles as some sites don't.
Pretty much all of the CQB places here require full masks, you can't run goggles+mesh lower or mesh anything due to the risk of BBs shattering upon hitting mesh and fragments getting to your face. Realistic risk or not?
Bios and cheap bb's shatter. I wouldn't risk it because i can't control what people use in their guns. In reference to eye pro that is. who gives a fuck about some lego grade plastic chips being blown in to your face.

Mesh goggles are fine for in the UK, since our limits are usually lower than they are in the US. I personally don't risk it, i'll deal with having my goggles fog up instead of having my eye shot out, regardless of how low the risk is.
I need to really get some better goggles and some anti-fog cream for them or something. Aparrently rubbing dish soap (i was reccomended fairy liquid) works, but i've not had a chance yet, mostly since my glasses are shit and i need new eyepro anyway.

Get revision desert locusts. They have only fogged twice on me. Once in the rain (while staying still for a while) and once at blacksheep (staying still inside a very hot and humid building). Both times they defogged after moving my head around and fanning air through the vents for a few seconds.
