From my limited knowledge of court cases and such (listening to a friend who's both parents are lawyers) I think you could go for a criminal case=loadsa emone. It was caught on camera and you got a confession out of him if the guy recounted what happened in front of the cops and the police recorders picked it up, you could go for a criminal suit. I'm not a lawyer or anything but I think you can go for a criminal case if you want to. Something tells me one of you has a degree in this stuff.
I'll talk to my lawyer about it. He said once he gets the full police report, we'll look over it and talk more in detail about my options. He's a pretty cool dude.

My fucking L85 was stolen from my car today, I had it in a locked gun case because this afternoon I was going to go up on the mountain onto my friends land for a quick after class skirmish, but someone broke my fucking window and stole all the money in my center console and my case.
I reported it as stolen to the police, since I had parked in a parking lot of a business near the my high school that my friend's dad owns (I have permission to park there, since school parking is over crowded) and not on school property (thus I have not violated any laws or school policies or anything). They managed to find the kid who did it, but the stupid fucker had been unable to break my gun case open so he just threw it away and, because today is the worst fucking day of my life, when he took us to the dumpster that he had thrown it in, it turns out it was empty because it was fucking trash day in that neighborhood. Had the police officers not been there, that kid would have next woken up in a hospital two weeks from now after I had beat him into a coma. Best part is the kid was high, on probation and had a warrant out for his arrest because he skipped a bunch of probation check-in things or whatever the fuck it is you do on probation, I was too occupied with not committing 1st degree murder to pay that much attention. I'm going to do everything I can to make sure this fucker pays though.

They ID'd him off school security cameras the watch the parking lots because he walked WITH MY CASE AND HAMMER IN HIS HANDS, TO HIS CAR, and then watched him SMOKE POT IN THE PARKING LOT, then he walked off carrying my gun case.

My hand hurts like a bitch now that I tried to drop-ins at a skatepark. I hit the ground 3 times using my left hand to take all the force, I can barely twist or move the wrist. My AK is also pretty front heavy, and I use my left hand to hold the handguard, so I probably won't be able to do airsoft this weekend.

So I go to the website I ordered my AK and to my annoyance I see they've stocked up on it but decided NOT TO CALL ME. so it gave me the email that my order only partially shipped, but the package details on UPS says the package is 11lbs. isnt an m4 only about 7lbs? the rest of the packaging cant be 4 lbs.

Holy fuck it works with my HTC HD2 too. Guess that somehow works with capacitive screens.
